7pm-8pm IT’S MESSING WITH MY SLEEP the art of self-care and community care. Panel Discussion hosted by Kirsten Meyer-Drama Therapist and PhD student, Victoria University. Panelists:

  • Fostin Nshimirimana – 2nd year VU Youth Work student & Brimbank Young Citizen of the Year 2013
  • Candice Monique – Singer, poet and youth worker working closely with young people in Justice
  • Dennis Pennalligen – aka B-Boy Nasa, studying Masters of Community Cultural Development VCA

8pm-8.30pm TALES FROM WITHIN personal stories of power and impact

  • Philip Michael Pandongan – aka Yung Philly, proud Filipino and emcee master of the ‘5’ Word Challenge

  • Abraham Nouk – Spoken word poet, founder and director of Creative Rebellion Youth

Freestyle playback on the issues, reflections and magic of the day.
